Andrew’s primary goal is to be more than just a personal trainer or coach, but someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of his clients and their success in all areas of their lives. No goal is too big or too small to tackle. Andrew enjoys fostering a strong belief system and finding the “why” for everyone with whom he trains.  He has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients including elite strongmen and powerlifters, postpartum moms, people rehabbing from debilitating injuries, recreational athletes, and gym-goers looking to stay healthy and in the best shape possible. Andrew’s personal endeavors in professional strongman circuits, elite powerlifting, national-level weightlifting, and bodybuilding as well as endurance sports such as triathlons and marathons gives him unique perspective and experience to help you achieve your goal. Jessica Cruz

Meet Jessica Cruz. She is a NGA Figure Pro and NPC Figure/Physique Competitor. She has been a personal trainer, business owner, and competitor for almost 10 years. She specializes in weight loss, muscular development, and bootcamp/conditioning training. She has worked with children, professional athletes and rehabilitation clients. She is more than capable and is looking forward to helping you reach beyond your fitness goals.

Chris O'Shea

Chris O'Shea is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. He has been Personal Training for years and has experience with training individuals in a wide assortment of training styles. As a Division 1 swimmer in college he has had the opportunity to personally lift and learn in many different styles of training such as Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Strongman and bodybuilding. Chris also has experience in coaching athletes/individuals with disabilities such as autism and down syndrome.

 

Chris graduated college with a BA in exercise physiology. He is also continuing his education and becoming a certified sports nutritionist.

Daniel Dvorak

After sustaining a foot injury and being unable to walk properly for 3 months, Daniel took a hard look at what healthy living looks like. Once he was back on his feet, he hit the gym and never left. It wasn't long before he attained his Certified Personal Trainer status from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as his Nutrition Certification (NASM-CPT, CS).

 

With a passion to help you reach your goals safely and in a way that is sustainable for all your years to come he specializes in general weight loss, strength training, and muscular hypertrophy training
